Schedule: 6:30 am – 6:30 pm
General Description: Prepares food in accordance with approved menus, at proper temperatures and at scheduled times. Modifies diets as requested by patient and/or ordered by Physician. Documents temps of food, refrigerator, freezer and dishwasher. Keeps food rotated and properly stored, dated and labeled.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent. Reading and writing skills; proficient interpersonal relations and communication skills; ability to use a telephone; ability to stand, reach, lift, bend, kneel, stoop, climb, push and pull items weighing 50 pounds or less; manual dexterity; auditory and visual skills; ability to follow written and oral instructions and procedures.
