Medical Records Administrative Assistant
Responsibilities: Administrative and medical records duties in support of clinical operations. Handles a variety of correspondence, communications, and documents of a confidential and sensitive nature. Scribes, takes minutes, complies data and reports. Ensures patient medical records are up to date, complete, and meet regulatory compliance. Works well with others at all levels of the organization. Other duties as assigned
Requirements: Proficient computer skills. Knowledgeable of medical records rules and regulations for compliance. EMR and efile knowledge preferred.
