Our Hospice Homes

A short-term stay of one or more days in one of our hospice homes may be required until you are more comfortable; then we will make arrangements to transfer you back to the place you call home, where our team will continue to make visits to you.

Circle of Life has a highly skilled team of professionals who are experts in end-of-life care. All Circle of Life patients receive around-the-clock monitoring and care from our team while in the hospice home.

Typically, care in our hospice homes is short-term and is provided for active pain and symptom control. General Inpatient Care (GIP) is our highest level of care for patients needing 24/7 acute symptom management and daily interventions from the hospice physician.

It is also available for respite care (up to 5 consecutive days). This short term care is provided for patients to allow a break to family members or others who are caring for the patient at home. This is coordinated through your care team.
