You want the best care for yourself and for your loved ones

If home is where the heart is…then keeping you there is a goal that makes us proud. Since 1992, patients and their families have turned to Circle of Life for care and comfort.  Our focus on compassion and professionalism has made our name widely and immediately recognized as the hospice of choice in our area.

At Circle of Life, we operate at the highest level of service. We are innovative and set standards that raise the bar; always doing the right thing for the right reasons.

  • When asked how families would rate our hospice, 90% gave a rating of 9 or 10 on a scale from 1-10
  • When families were asked if they would recommend our hospice to friends and family, 92% answered “Definitely, Yes”

Established in 1992, Circle of Life is the largest nonprofit hospice provider in Northwest Arkansas serving Benton, Carroll, Madison & Washington counties. Circle of Life is fully accredited and certified by Arkansas Department of Health and Medicare.

90% of our care is provided in the home or the place you call home. The family is the primary caregiver, while the Hospice care team offers an extra layer of support. Short-term care of one or more days may be provided in one of our hospice homes for the treatment of uncontrolled symptoms until you are more comfortable. Arrangements to transfer you back to the place you call home will be made, where our team will continue to make visits to you. We have two hospice homes located in Bentonville and Springdale.

Care teams of physicians, nurses, aides, social workers, chaplains and volunteers provide care in our patient’s home, in assisted living facilities or wherever they may reside.

Circle of Life has recently been recognized as the “Best of the Best” in Hospice and Home Healthcare by the Arkansas Democrat Gazette and was named “Nonprofit Organization of the Year” by the Greater Bentonville Chamber of Commerce.

Circle of Life provides bereavement support to the Northwest Arkansas community at no charge. We operate two Grief Centers housed in our inpatient hospice homes. Grief Center programs include support groups and workplace and school grief services.
