Our Hospice Homes

Circle of Life is proud to provide the region’s only free-standing inpatient hospice homes for acute pain, symptom management and respite care. Our hospice homes offer a comfortable, home-like atmosphere, and all patient rooms are private. Three meals are provided a day for families through our Meals that Matter program. Patients and families appreciate that there are no limits to visiting hours. The homes include 24 patient rooms at each facility.

Circle of Life has a highly skilled team of professionals who are experts in end-of-life care. All Circle of Life patients receive around-the-clock monitoring and care from our team.

Typically, care in our hospice homes is short-term and is provided for active pain and symptom control. General Inpatient Care (GIP) is our highest level of care for patients needing 24/7 acute symptom management and daily interventions from the hospice physician.

It is also available for respite care (up to 5 consecutive days). This short term care is provided for patients to allow a break to family members or others who are caring for the patient at home. This is coordinated through your care team.
