Circle of Life scored nationally within the top 1% of healthcare organizations for employee engagement and satisfaction within Press Ganey’s database consisting of over 5,400 healthcare organizations and over 1.6 million employees. The Press Ganey survey collects information from employees regarding workplace culture, leadership, safety, teamwork, decision-making, and other essential topics. The study results provide vital information to help organizations drive goals and initiatives focused on patient care and employee satisfaction.

Catherine Grubbs, CEO of Circle of Life, states, “It is an honor to be recognized for our exceptional team member engagement and satisfaction by Press Ganey. Maintaining a positive workplace culture where staff feel supported and listened to is a priority for us as an organization. It is proven that happy employees who have what they need to do their work provide better care. Achieving this level of satisfaction is another indicator we are meeting our mission of providing the best in end of life care and bereavement support to our community.”

Detail within the survey results show that employees would strongly recommend Circle of Life hospice services to friends and relatives, and that employees are proud to tell people they work for the organization. Employees also feel like the work they do is meaningful and makes a real difference, and that the Circle of Life team provides high quality care for all patients.

Circle of Life received survey responses from 89% of its 225 employees. This strong response rate gives leaders confidence in the results as a reflection of overall team perceptions that Circle of Life is a great place to work. These results are consistent with Circle of Life being recognized as Best of the Best in Hospice/Healthcare by the Arkansas Democrat Gazette.

Circle of Life is a non-profit 501(c)(3) organization providing compassionate end-of-life care to residents of Benton, Washington, Carroll, and Madison counties.
